Help us build futures for wildlife!
Every day, Pacific Wildlife Care answers the call to help wild animals in need, from pelicans tangled in fishing line to orphaned baby bobcats. With your support, we give each patient expert care and a second chance to return to the wild where they belong.
Your donation directly powers the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of wildlife across San Luis Obispo County. Each year, we care for about 3,000 wild patients from nearly 200 species, and your generosity makes it possible. You also help sustain our education programs, which reach over 5,000 people annually, teaching our community how to live compatibly with local wildlife.
Together, we’re building the next chapter of wildlife care. Construction is underway on the Kim and Derrel Ridenour Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in San Luis Obispo, our new, purpose-built facility that will expand our capacity to meet growing demand and provide a permanent home for wildlife care in the county.
